Carlos Alcaraz engaged Daniil Medvedev in a fast-paced rally to score the first point of the third game of their semi-final at the China Open in Beijing. Despite nearly slipping himself, Alcaraz had Medvedev charging between the front and back of the court and even returning the ball with a 'tweener' but ultimately the Spaniard claimed the point.
